The
following are examples of exercises and stretches that Varsity Orthopedics
Physical Therapy may recommend for patients who are undergoing therapy
related to an elbow injury.
Wrist
flexion
With tubing wrapped around fist and opposite end secured underneath
foot, bend wrist up (palm up) as far as possible. Lower slowly, keeping
forearm on thigh.

Exercises shown are general and not specific to all injuries. These exercises
should only be used under the guidance of a physical therapist. For complete
and optimal rehabilitation, a physical therapy evaluation by a licensed
physical therapist is recommended.
